Nelson. Tor Freeman and Jude Freeman

Nelson (Walker Stories) is a children’s book by Tor Freeman and Jude Freeman. It is part of the Walker Stories series, which is based on nursery rhymes.
Nelson is a red rooster who lives with his grandmother. Nelson is a very proud rooster, and he loves to show off his feathers. One day, Nelson is playing in the garden when he sees a fox. The fox is very hungry, and he sees Nelson as a delicious meal.
Nelson is scared, but he knows that he has to be brave. He puffs up his feathers and crows as loud as he can. The fox is so surprised by Nelson’s bravery that he runs away.
Nelson is very happy that he was able to scare the fox away. He learns that even though he is small, he is still brave and strong.
