General Terms & Conditions

Most items are eligible for return and exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:

1. Condition: The item must be in its original packaging and condition.
2. Timeline: Returns must be made within 3 days, and exchanges within 7 days of the purchase date.
3. Promotional Bundles: Items purchased as part of a bundle or offer can be returned only if the accompanying “free” or “offer” item is also returned in its original condition. Otherwise, the price of the offer item will be deducted from the refund.
4. Refund Method: Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
   • Exception: Purchases made via vouchers or installment services will be refunded as Store Vouchers or Store Credit.
5. Third-Party Payments: Refunds for payments collected on behalf of third parties depend solely on the service provider’s policy. Customers must provide the payment slip alongside the invoice.
6. Geographical Scope: Services apply only within the country where the product was purchased.
7. Service Charges: Service fees are non-refundable.

Online Purchase Policy

In addition to the general terms, the following applies to online orders:

8. Acceptance: By accepting the shipment from the courier, the customer declares that the shipment (carton) is sealed and in good condition.
9. Timeline: Returns and exchanges for online orders are accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt.
10. Process: To return or exchange, please visit the nearest Knowledge Wave Trading showroom. If no showroom is available in your city, please contact us at [920000089] to arrange a pickup via our shipping partner.
11. Fees: Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and international shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item has a manufacturing defect.
12. International Orders: International orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless a manufacturing defect is found. In such cases, please contact us at [0966114096522] for assistance.
13. Refunds (Online): Refunds return to the original payment source. Purchases made with Vouchers or Installments will be added to your customer store credit.

Immediate Replacement for Defective Items

Knowledge Wave Trading will replace devices with a manufacturing defect (excluding software issues) with a similar item within 3 days of the purchase date, subject to the following:

• The device must be free of scratches or signs of misuse.
• The original packaging, including the box, user manuals, and all accessories, must be returned.
• A technical report from an Authorized Service Center may be required prior to replacement.
